At its core, real estate is an art form. Imagination and creativity are paramount. Market knowledge and experience too. A heavy dose of intuition is often the most important piece. Ashley Hollenbeck is an artist, and her medium is real estate. She has developed an intimate comprehension of the Las Vegas market that allows her to see opportunities others often miss. Her clients are the beneficiaries of this experience and insight. 

Ashley was the #3 jet ski racer in the world. “Shred Red” — as the California native was known in her days of competitive athletics — sees similarities between jet ski racing and real estate; particularly that speed and attention-to-detail go hand-in-hand. In Southern Nevada’s ever-changing real estate market, it is critical to move and adapt quickly while retaining laser-like focus. 

Upon moving to Las Vegas, Ashley built a home preservation business that thrived in the area for nearly a decade, often with banks and investors as her customers. Home repairs and improvements were her specialty. Now, that experience guides her in understanding when a home will earn highest value without any repair work, as well as those situations where a few minor updates or renovations can gain a significantly higher sales price for her clients.

“I consider myself a ’real estate consultant,’” she says. “My ability to pivot in a dynamic market always pays off for my clients.”

Ashley delights in finding the solution where others cannot and guiding her clients through the entire transaction closing process and beyond.

“My clients become my friends. They know that I have their backs, and that I won’t stop working for them even after the sale is complete,” she attests. “I pride myself on being the solution, on seeing the hidden value in each home and helping my sellers attain every dollar of that value.”

Most of Ashley’s free time is spent swimming, meditating, practicing yoga, bike riding, playing pickleball or, as a passionate lifelong animal lover, playing with her dogs.
