For the last two years it had been a rental and it wasn't left in nearly the shape it was when the tenants arrived. We can't even take credit for finding Ashley Hollenbeck, because she found us! And boy are we glad she did. We had never sold this type of property before and Ashley was truly a gift from the universe to us. Ms. Hollenbeck did a marvelous job in selling my house.  Though it was by appointment only, 8 families viewed the house in one week, and 3 made offers.  The house sold above the listing price, at the top of the market.  Her strategies were excellent and her personality interfaced with potential buyers to successively achieve her negotiations. I have worked with many agents over many years, when you find an agent like Ashley, you are in good hands . . . STOP LOOKING ANY FURTHER. We had a family friend offer to list our property, we love our friend, but we didn't want to just list our house, we wanted to show case it and get top dollar.  Ashley did the work to set our expectations, action us to get the house ready to sell and and then, she found multiple buyers with 3 competitive offers. I can’t say enough good things about working with Ashley. She recently helped me sell an ultra luxury home, and she got it done fast and at a great price! What impressed me most is that she didn’t just stop at the big sale...she also stepped in to help with a couple of rental properties I had that needed a ton of work.
